Democrats Replicating Nazi Germany and Jews With AB 1102—This Time it is the Unvaccinated

In the 1930’s in Germany Jews had to show papers, were not allowed to be hired, lost jobs, and were not allowed in society without wearing a yellow armband.

Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe!

Now, in California the Democrats want to replicate the Nazi hate of Jews, this time among the unvaccinated.  The only difference?  Instead of yellow armbands, we must show a passport vaccinated card.

“Another California Legislature gut-and-amend-bill has been amended to replace existing legislation with language that seeks to order an employer to require a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment. The bill also warns that to avoid further shutdowns and prevent the health care system from becoming overwhelmed, “it is critical that all eligible Californians get vaccinated against COVID-19.”

The now 35 pages of AB 1102 by Assemblyman Evan Low (D-Palo Alto), make these changes from the former “Telephone medical advice services:”

    •    Amends current state discrimination statute (Section 12940 of the Government Code) by specifying that the law does not prevent an employer from requiring a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment. And specifies that employers may require booster shots that are recommended by the CDC.

No guarantee this will work—in L.A. County 30% of those vaccinated go the virus.  In Nevada, 52% of the deaths now are those who were fully vaccinated.  This is not about health, but like Nazi Germany isolating those you do not like.  If passed and implemented watch for a massive fleeing of the State by those who wish to live in a free, not fascist, society.

Another Gutted Bill Amended to Compel CA Employers to Require COVID Vaccine as Condition of Employment

‘In order to avoid further shutdowns and prevent the health care system from becoming overwhelmed, it is critical that all eligible Californians get vaccinated against COVID-19’

By Katy Grimes, California Globe,  8/26/21

Another California Legislature gut-and-amend-bill has been amended to replace existing legislation with language that seeks to order an employer to require a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.

    •    Also clarifies that employers may require employees or “applicated” who are not vaccinated to submit regular testing to confirm a negative COVID-19 status.

    •    Applies the provisions to apprenticeship training programs, unpaid internships, or any other program to provide unpaid experience for a person in the workplace.

    •    Sunsets on January 1, 2024.

“It’s pathetic,” said a Capitol source. “The progressive legislators play ‘Vax for the win’ [of money prizes] while the people of California have to walk down-urine soaked streets and needle strewn parks. Pathetic.”

AB 1102 now joins AB 455, which was a transportation bill amended into a bill ordering a vaccine mandate on private industry, as the Globe reported Wednesday.

AB 1102 legal language addresses more some Californians’ “vaccine resistance,” and in particular, those who already had the COVID virus and recovered and have chosen not to take the vaccine:

Amendment 2, Section (e): “There is a need for people who have been previously infected with COVID-19 to get vaccinated, as researchers have found that getting “vaccinated after infection boosted by 50-fold the activity of neutralizing antibodies needed to repel the virus and prevented infection with variants.”

The Lancet, and other Medical journals, as well as practicing physicians, have stated that children remain at a very low risk of COVID-19 mortality because of natural immunities.

AB 1102 says:

Amendment 2, section (f) Children under 12 years of age are not yet eligible to be vaccinated, which puts them at risk of contracting the highly contagious COVID-19 Delta variant.

Notably, the bill also says this:

(h) In order to avoid further shutdowns and prevent the health care system from becoming overwhelmed, it is critical that all eligible Californians get vaccinated against COVID-19.

The amendments specifically name “The Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, and Janssen vaccines,” and say they “have been proven highly effective in preventing severe illness, hospitalization, and death” against COVID-19.

  1. Welcome to Communist state of California….
this is outrageous!!! Some are even talking about trying to stop people who are unvaccinated
from going into a grocery store!!!! HOW INSANE!!! “NAZI CALIFORNIA”

God help our country before these insane lunatics destroy this country

After forty-two years of sliding down hill in California, my wife and I now live in a FREE STATE. You can escape too. I should have left California years earlier but God had other plans. I am so amazed at the number of truly “happy” immigrants (escapee’s) I meet from that once golden state. Start your adventure by asking yourself the question “Where else could I live if I couldn’t live in California. Start your plan by browsing Realtor.com or Zillow.com.to see your new area. If you need a job, no worries. There are so many jobs everywhere out here and the cost of living is a lot less than the Gulag you are in. From start to finish I was out in 90 days and you can do it too; just start looking. Put the house up for sale, have a garage sale, get rid of everything you haven’t used in two years by downsizing and you will already start feeling better about your decision to get out! The moment you cross over the state line, and see the “Welcome to” sign of your new state (knowing there is no returning) the relief is overwhelming, you’ve made it, you will feel the happiness immediately and the NEW LIFE adventure begins. Trust me on this…you’ll be OK and you won’t look back. Yes, you will miss your old friends but there are new friends too and you haven’t even met them yet. Guess what? They’re HAPPY with their decision to escape.

    • I guess moving to another state solves all the problems in this country, just look at who we have in the White House.

If California Democrats continue to be in power very soon there will be no so-called free states because right now they’re flooding all the red states with illegal immigrants and soon terrorists from Afghanistan to change the red state demographics.

Slowly all the red states will be turning blue if people don’t stand and fight. Look at Nevada, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New Mexico and soon, Texas, if Texas politician don’t stop welcoming companies like Tesla.

These states didn’t turn blue from conservatives moving from California and unfortunately there’s a larger percentage of liberals leaving California. California was once a red state and turned blue by liberals moving here to work in Silicon Valley.

If you think stupid laws from California can’t spread across this whole country, think again. Look at voter fraud which has been perfected in California – it’s how they cheated sniff and blow into the White House. Also, simply leaving California will not protect you anymore, look at all the crazy gun laws that are spreading everywhere throughout this country.

I guess running to the back of a nose diving airplane works for some, but not for long. To the people leaving California if you still have Twitter, Facebook and Amazon accounts or buy GM vehicles (owned by China) or if you support companies like these, you are still contributing to the demise of America.

    • Congratulations Doctor, I did exactly what you did 10 years ago next month! It was everything you say it is and more.
But, my new neighbors did tell you that if I had any commie beliefs or tendencies to please go back and not spoil their free state. I assured them I had no such tendencies and I was a refugee seeking freedom and peace.
      Great move-enjoy!

    • Where did you go?

  3. Robert Wilson says

We have to get rid of these scum of the earth legislators!

  4. John den Dulk says

What is the difference between Afghanistan and California?

In California the men have to wear veils too

    • The difference is there’s over 43 million people in California and there’s still more conservative people in California than most red states. But, so-called conservative people from California and other states continue to buy Chinese General Motors cars and trucks and support unions and California companies like Facebook, Twitter and Amazon. They are all making it harder for the real conservatives that are actually taking a stand.

You are not a conservative if you are bashing your fellow conservatives and this is the reason why if we don’t stop, we will lose our country. Too many people sit back and gripe online but would never think of actually doing something to stop this. If all conservatives would cancel their Facebook and Twitter accounts and stop supporting companies that want to destroy America, things would get better.

We need to band together now. I do not have Twitter or Facebook accounts and my family does their best to support true American companies, its not easy but we do our best.

  5. Ken Campbell says

Thinking of the Left Behind series how they created a network of commerce to survive. It may be time to create such a network, so that those who do not elect to get the Mark/ vaccine has an alternate to the commerce that CA is prohibiting us from. Basically an underground economy for the unvaccinated. I am betting that underground economy/ network would be huge.

  6. Let them segregate. Stay away from the jabbed. They are shedding toxic spike proteins.
    Thank you for speaking out.

  7. If implemented, this will not sunset in 2024 but, will continue and be applied to other social control plans for the “greater good”.

  8. Robin Itzler says

In 1976, my husband and I “emigrated” from New York to California as liberal Democrats. Today (and for the last 20 years or so) we are conservative Republicans. No one beat us over the head, but with our eyes and ears we realized that our values best aligned with conservative Republican values.

States change. Remember when California was red? Colorado was once red, too. Remember when Florida and Ohio were purple? A different governor and a state starts to change. Or a RINO governor and a state starts to change.

I do not begrudge anyone for moving to a “free state.” For many reasons besides the weather, I remain in California doing what I can with my own influence to Make California Gold Again. Let’s all pray that positive change begins on Sept. 14 when we recall Gov. Gavin “Hair Gel” Newsom!

  9. First line of teh last paragraph you have a typo. It says “30% of those vaccinated go the virus.” It should say “30% of those vaccinated GET the virus.”
