10,000 Cal State University Students Safe From Law Enforcement—That Many Illegal Aliens You Finance in CSU!

The Left and UNProfessional Educators have always refused to tell the people of California how many illegal aliens are taking seats in our State College system.  It is as if it is a State secret.  Now, we know that 10,000 illegal aliens are having their college education financed by you the taxpayer.  At and average cost of $30,000 a year, you are spending  $300,000,000 a year.  Plus, 10,000 HONEST students are not enrolled in your colleges.

“While neither system tracks its enrollees’ immigration statuses, Cal State estimates that, in the fall of 2015, 10,000 members of its student body benefited from a California law that allows some undocumented public high-school graduates to pay in-state college tuition.”

Worse, the California State Colleges, and UC system, are telling a generation of students that the law is an ass, and adults will protect you from the effects of  following the law.  Colleges are teaching students to be “Cafeteria Citizens”.  This creates chaos and anarchy.  I do not support our tax system, should I stop paying income taxes and not be punished?  Why not?  Either we are a nation of laws for all, or a totalitarianism State,no different from Russia, Cuba or China.

California Colleges Say They Won’t Aid Federal Government in Deporting Undocumented Students

Pacific Standard,  12/2/16

California’s state universities — both its University of California and Cal State systems — have promised that their campus police won’t help federal authorities investigate students suspected of being undocumented immigrants, unless compelled by law, the Los Angeles Times reports. While neither system tracks its enrollees’ immigration statuses, Cal State estimates that, in the fall of 2015, 10,000 members of its student body benefited from a California law that allows some undocumented public high-school graduates to pay in-state college tuition.

The universities’ statements come at a time when Donald Trump has not yet explicitly said what he’ll do about America’s undocumented college students. While campaigning for the presidency, Trump promised to deport millions of the undocumented and to cut federal funding from “sanctuary cities.”

The UC and Cal State statements underscore the power states may have over immigrants’ lives. State laws may be either more welcoming or punitive toward immigrants. Either way, they’re often the ones that make the greatest difference to individuals’ lives.
