Former Sen. Barbara Boxer (D-CA) said Friday on MSNBC’s “The Beat” that it is time to “introduce articles of impeachment” against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.

Boxer was discussing Thomas’ ruling against releasing documents to the House Select Committee investigating the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol in light of reports his far-right activist wife texted then-chief of staff Mark Meadows about overturning the 2020 presidential election.
Boxer said, “I looked at it from the lens of someone who served on the Bipartisan Ethics Committee in the Senate for many years. I was chair and co-chair for all those years. I would say this, I thought if Clarence Thomas had been a Senator and his wife was texting the president’s chief of staff about overturning democracy, Clarence Thomas, if he were a senator, would have been thrown out of the Senate if he knew about it and did not recuse himself from the case.”
She continued, “Even though in our history only one Supreme Court justice has been impeached, that was in 1804, I still think it would be good for someone to introduce articles of impeachment, to lay out this abuse of power for everyone to see.”
Host Ari Melber said, “You’re saying, though, that your read here is, this is a potentially impeachable issue for Justice Thomas?”

Barbara Boxer is part and parcel of the Agenda that has been in place of a hundred years to take this once great Country down and fundamentally change it from within. Instead of working for the values this Great Nation was founded on and “for the people” she is working for the jackals of the Left.

How sad, they are now at this point. Now we are faced with a 40 year high inflation, a border that is out of control, and a foreign policy that gives ad and comfort to the enemies of the nation.
The refusal to green light Poland transfer of planes (it is their property), the refusal to supply Patriot Missiles that Biden originally said he would give, and the flat refusal to give anti ship offensive power is a disgrace.

I think it’s time to institute Articles of Impeachment against Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, et al. I hope that the Republicans grow a set to follow up on many of their comments concerning impeachment of “dementia” joe. I would love to see them marching instep carrying the Articles of Impeachment as the commie democrats did with President Trump. I don’t think there’s any doubt whatsover that biden has performed numerous impeachment offenses in his short time of his unelected presidency.

Boxer is a FORMER senator. So why does her opinion carry weight?
Obviously impeachment is being used by Boxer (best friends with Pelosi) against Justice Thomas solely as a political move to get the liberals another Supreme Court seat. But actually if Justice Thomas did rule against disclosure of documents to the Jan. 6th Committee while his wife was actively politically involved in the effort to overturn the election, this is either a serious ethics breach by the Justice, who should have recused himself. At minimum, it creates an appearance of a conflict of interest that should have been disclosed. If’s of course possible that his wife never informed him of the extent of her political activities, but people will assume he knew and tried to protect her involvement by holding up the disclosure of documents. This is really bad, bad news.
Constitution first, actually they did anticipate traitors in Government, reason for 2nd Amendment.
